- Trade-in values vary based on condition, year, and configuration of your trade-in device. The traded device must be sent within 30 days of you receiving your new phone for the original estimate to be honoured. However, the trade in value is subject to change upon inspection once the phone has been received. If the post-inspection value of your phone is determined to be less than 75% of the estimate value, your phone will be returned to you. Google Store will refund your original payment method.
- If Google Store cannot refund your payment method, you’ll receive Google Store credit. If the value of your traded device is greater than the value of your new device then any difference will be issued through Google Store credit.
