While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Prices and availability change rapidly. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, and software, is the property of DealSupermarket or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Automated scraping of our data without express permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

DealSupermarket shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the site or any information provided herein. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

6. Messaging Concierge Terms

When you use DealSupermarket Chat Concierge over SMS, WhatsApp, or Apple Messages for Business, the following additional terms apply:

  • Channel linking requires account verification and a time-limited link code.
  • Service alerts are sent only where valid ServiceAlerts consent exists for that channel.
  • Marketing messaging requires separate opt-in marketing consent and is disabled by default.
  • Sending STOP opts you out immediately on that channel; HELP shows support information; START may re-enable messaging when eligibility and consent requirements are met.
  • WhatsApp messaging may use approved templates outside the customer-service window to comply with platform policy.
